We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team at Cellpro E Marketing and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.

📍 Location: Delhi
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update job descriptions
• Source and engage candidates through online platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Post job openings on portals and social media
• Coordinate with management for hiring requirements
• Maintain candidate records and follow-ups

Required Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of resume databases
• Basic recruitment and sourcing knowledge
• Professional attitude and decision-making skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word)
