Job Type: Full-time

Timings : 2:00PM TO 5:00PM

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, short listing, and schedule candidates for interviews, coordination, interviewing, salary negotiations, and background checks.

2. In this you have to Do 85% Recruitment

3. Handling pre-joining (reference verification, salary slips, offer letter) and post joining documents & formalities.

4. Grievance handling & problem solving.

5. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
