🕘 Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across different industries. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, references and other channels

• Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Coordinate offer and joining formalities

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports

• Post vacancies on recruitment platforms

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closure of positions

• Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate

• Hindi speaking is mandatory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in Non-IT recruitment / staffing / talent acquisition preferred

• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed or other recruitment platforms preferred

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period

• Candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
