Majorly Managing recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
after Identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments.
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, head hunting, maintaining database.
Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make
sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job.
Job Role for a Recruiter
1. list the requirement of the companies.
2. prepare job description.
3. Source the potential candidates from various job portals.
4. screen the resumes of the candidates.
5. conduct the telephonic interview of the candidates.
6. Shortlist the candidates.
7. schedule the interview with the company.
8. Build a candidate relationship.
9. follow up with the candidates and the company
10. Joining with company.
Working Shifts: 10:15 AM to 7:30 PM
6 Days working - Sunday Fixed Off
