We are expanding our Recruitment Division and looking for 18 HR Executives to drive end‑to‑end BPO hiring.

📌 Role Overview:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for BPO roles. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Conduct telephonic and face‑to‑face interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and updates

Manage offer roll‑outs and joining formalities

Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports

🎯 Desired Skills & Qualities:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Prior experience in BPO hiring preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Target‑driven and self‑motivated

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month

📅 Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

All Sundays off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off
