Join Vero Brand Crafter Company – HR Recruiter (BPO Hiring)

We are expanding our Recruitment Division and looking for 18 HR Executives to drive end‑to‑end BPO hiring.

Role Overview:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for BPO roles. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Conduct telephonic and face‑to‑face interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and updates

• Manage offer roll‑outs and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports
  

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Prior experience in BPO hiring preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

• Target‑driven and self‑motivated
  

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

All Sundays off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Work from Office – Near Vashi Station
