About the Role

CareerBridge Recruiters LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical exposure to Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Coordination, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.

• Support recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.

• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and joining formalities.

• Assist with maintaining employee and candidate records.

• Support onboarding and documentation processes.

• Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements.

• Learn and support basic HR operations and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, BBA, B.Com, or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
