TA (Recruiter) is an individual contributor position for our inhouse expansion. The job involves “end to end” recruitment support for PAN India, in multiple clients of our organisation and might requires involvement for client’s coordination also. This will comprise of the following job functions required to perform and the list might be open to add more.

• Taking care of the” End to End Recruitment”(Pan India).

• Implementing Recruiting & Sourcing strategies in line with the business needs.

• Headhunting and networking

• Screening and short-listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirements.

• Coordinating the interviews of the candidates.

• Regular follow-up with clients for In-process requirements and keeping the candidate in constant loop during the selection process.

• Doing reference check of candidates after joining on behalf of clients.

• To deliver results for clients within the Time Frame.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
