Hiring – HR Recruitment Team
📍 Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
🏢 Industry: EdTech
🕐 Working: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM–7 PM | On-site
1. Junior HR Recruiter
Experience: 2+ Years
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
Screening and initial HR interviews
Interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
Salary negotiation and offer coordination
Recruitment tracker and MIS management
Required: Job portal & LinkedIn sourcing, good communication, candidate handling and strong follow-up skills.
2. Talent Acquisition Manager
Experience: 4–8 Years
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring strategy
Handle multiple positions and hiring requirements
Stakeholder coordination and interview management
Salary negotiation, offer & joining management
Manage recruitment pipeline, MIS and hiring TAT
Guide recruiters and drive timely closures
Required: Strong TA/recruitment experience, sourcing expertise, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
EdTech/Technology recruitment experience preferred.
