Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Madan Mahal Jabalpur
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain and update recruitment trackers and daily reports.
· Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates’ suitability.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
· Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
· Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
Key Skills Required:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
· Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
· Good understanding of different roles and industry requirements.
· Basic knowledge of HR processes and onboarding formalities.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA Preferred).
· Prior recruitment experience preferred (agency or corporate).
