Job Description: HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers with strategic recruitment insights.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers for feedback.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases.
Draft job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and documentation.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
0–1 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong HR internships can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
Good understanding of HR processes and hiring best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking tools.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and target‑driven.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
