HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment cycles, client coordination, and delivering quality candidates within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

• Follow up with candidates and clients regularly

• Maintain a strong database of candidates

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

• Negotiate salary and close positions efficiently

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in consultancy / agency recruitment

• Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Good understanding of various industries (IT / Non-IT / Pharma / etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm

• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
