Job Summary

Bloom Consulting Services is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Yelahanka New Town. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level positions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers

• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment metrics

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with consulting or staffing firms

• Exposure to client coordination and vendor management

• Immediate joiners preferred
