Job Title: HR Recruiter

Industry: Quick Commerce / Bulk Hiring

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience:

• 0 to 6 months

• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring & requirement fulfillment

• Strong exposure to field recruitment (blue-collar hiring preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for quick commerce roles

• Bulk hiring through field sourcing, referrals, and local networks

• Coordination with operations team for manpower requirements

• Daily joining & attendance follow-up

Skills Required:

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Target-oriented approach

• Ability to work under urgent hiring pressure

Salary:

• ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)
