Responsibilities:
✔️ Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
✔️ Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
✔️ Conducting initial HR screenings and assessing candidate suitability
✔️ Maintaining and updating candidate data in recruitment trackers
✔️ Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
✔️ Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities
✔️ Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience

👤 Eligibility:
✔️ Graduate in any stream 🎓
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
