About BERSACHE
BERSACHE is a growing footwear brand focused on delivering stylish, affordable footwear to customers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and help us build a strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
• Work towards meeting hiring targets and closing open positions on time.
Requirements
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
