Balwom Textile India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who is passionate about hiring the right talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, and hiring through multiple job portals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Post jobs on Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

• Source and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring manager.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

• Coordinate offer letters and onboarding formalities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports (MIS).

🎓 Qualification

💰 Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Final salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.)
