HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in healthcare recruitment. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet the hospital’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements from various departments (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin staff, etc.)

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the hiring plan.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Handle offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.

• Build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

• Support employer branding and employee referral programs.

• Strong understanding of healthcare job roles and requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
