Sourcing

Deep dive into Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other Job portals.

High-volume sourcing via job portals, social media, and local networks.

Screening

Initial vetting of tech stacks (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Full-stack).

Evaluating soft skills, industry-specific certifications, and "culture add."

Engagement

Managing technical assessments and coding challenges.

Managing case studies, portfolio reviews, or behavioral interviews.
