Job Description: HR Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter

Role: HR Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Industry: Recruitment / Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for Non-IT roles (Sales, Banking, Finance, Operations, Admin, HR, etc.)

• Making outbound calls to candidates and explaining job requirements

• Shortlisting candidates based on client requirements

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and clients

• Regular follow-ups with candidates until joining

• Maintaining candidate database and daily recruitment reports

• Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Freshers welcome)

• Candidates with prior experience in HR recruitment, Non-IT hiring, tele calling, BPO will be an added advantage

• Good verbal communication skills in English  and Other reginal language, Hindi will be an advantage

• Willingness to do continuous calling and follow-ups

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment process

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp

• Good negotiation and convincing skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Work from Office

• Location: Chennai- Avadi

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 2nd 4th Saturday week off)

• Timings: 9.30 to 6.30 PM
