Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher to 1 Year Experience)

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Experience Required: Fresher – 1 Year
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This position is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are keen to build a long-term career in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining

• Assist in offer letter rollout and onboarding activities

• Meet daily and monthly hiring targets
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment

• Previous experience with job portals is preferred (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Basic understanding of the recruitment process

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Immediate joiners preferred
