We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Aswini Homeo And Ayurvedic Products Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers salary of ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment & Onboarding
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
Good communication in Hindi & English
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and Indeed
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
Negotiation and coordination abilities
Time management and multitasking
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR or any graduation with HR recruitment experience
Experience
Minimum 2 years in non-IT recruitment
