Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements and technical job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, MBA, B.Tech, BBA preferred).
