HR Recruiter

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while learning end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Identification

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases

• Understand basic IT skills and technologies to identify suitable profiles

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements

2. Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial resume screening and candidate shortlisting

• Perform telephonic/virtual HR screening interviews

• Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates and interview panels

3. Candidate Management

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Communicate interview feedback and next steps to candidates

• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

4. Recruitment Operations

• Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination

• Support background verification and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment reports and MIS data

5. Learning & Process Improvement

• Learn IT roles such as Developer, Tester, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineer, etc.

• Understand recruitment life cycle and best practices

• Follow company recruitment policies and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA – HR preferred)

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply

Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding or interest in IT technologies

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes

• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
