We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring suitable candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate database and reports

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (HR preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
