Recruitment:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across various functions.
● Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
● Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
● Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
● Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
● Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups with selected candidates.
● Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
Onboarding:
● Manage the complete onboarding process for new joiners.
● Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, background verification, and system access.
● Ensure completion of joining formalities and induction schedules.
● Conduct or coordinate HR induction and orientation sessions.
● Act as a point of contact for new hires during their initial period.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements during onboarding.
