Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT positions
Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions
Source profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining date
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in IT / Non-IT / BFSI hiring
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
Basic knowledge of HR documentation & joining formalities
