Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Shift: Day Shift

Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries (no specific industry limitation).

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews (telephonic / virtual / face-to-face).

- Manage and close bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines.

- Maintain proper candidate data and recruitment trackers.

- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.

- Follow recruitment best practices and company policies.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

- Ability to handle bulk recruitment efficiently.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
