HR Management Trainee required for an HR shared services organization, located in Grant Road, Mumbai

Training scope:

- Recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and reviewing CVs for mid-to-senior and top management roles across diverse industries

- Drafting and managing client correspondence to ensure effective communication

- Coordinating for interviews, negotiated closures, maintained a talent database, and ensured document verification and referral follow-ups

- Assisting in payroll management including payroll processing and data handling

- Accounts receivable management, invoice processing, payment follow-ups, addressing vendor queries, bank payment reconciliations, and maintaining financial records

Stipend - Rs 20,000 per month
