Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience using multiple job portals to identify and engage quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Update and maintain candidate data in the recruitment tracker/ATS.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Skills

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment•.

Proficiency in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Foundit (Monster), and other job portals•.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and candidate mapping.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is an added advantage).

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
