HR Recruiter

Job Description

A Fresher HR Recruiter sources, screens, and schedules candidates for open positions, collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Key duties include posting job ads, evaluating resumes, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS/HRMS). Candidates need strong communication, networking skills, and proficiency in verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find qualified candidates.

Screening & Interviews: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screening

interviews.

Job Posting: Craft and publish job descriptions on various portals.

Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Database Management: Maintain updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/HRMS).

Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and social media platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, networking ability, and a go-getter attitude.

Eagerness to Learn: Highly adaptable and keen to learn about recruitment practices.
