Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
▪️ Source suitable candidates through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
▪️ Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles as per job specifications.
▪️ Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles.
▪️ Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports.
▪️ Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.
▪️ Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer management when required.

Location: Kolkata (Sector 3, Salt Lake City)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) till 31st March 2026; Work From Home (WFH) starting April 2026 onwards.
