Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior-level roles (Captain, Steward, Kitchen staff, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Support in documentation and joining formalities
Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower requirements
