1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face)
2. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate interview panels and follow up on feedback
Maintain proper interview records and reports
3. Candidate Assessment
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Verify documents, experience letters, and salary details
Conduct background verification coordination (if required)
4. Offer & Onboarding
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
Negotiate salary and employment terms within company policy
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding process
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates
5. Recruitment Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports
Track recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
6. Employer Branding
Promote company openings and culture on job portals and social platforms
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Represent the company at job fairs and walk-in drives
