- Source and screen candidates for BPO and sales roles
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Manage candidate pipeline and communicate with hiring managers
- Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate data and reports
*Requirements:*
- 1+ years of HR recruitment experience (non-technical)
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
