Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions in coordination with department managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
Conduct background checks and reference verification
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations
Promote employer branding initiatives
