• Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

• Experience: 2 to 3 years (Mandatory in Bulk/Mass Hiring)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Location: JANAKPURI WEST METRO

• Shift: Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to filter relevant profiles.

• Manage high-volume, bulk hiring pipelines for BPO (Voice/Non-Voice) and other roles.

• Schedule, coordinate, and track candidate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain an active database of potential candidates for future requirements.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly joining targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter.

• Hands-on experience in volume or bulk recruitment (BPO sector preferred).

• Strong communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi].

• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

• Proficiency in handling portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
