Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, databases and references.
Connect with candidates, share job details and shortlist suitable profiles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate line-ups.
Handle walk-in interviews and hiring drives.
Follow up with candidates after interviews and during the joining process.
Coordinate with selected candidates for smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring updates.
Coordinate with management regarding recruitment requirements.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good candidate handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
