Job Profile - Finance & HR Associate / Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment of frontline, field, operations, sales, and support staff as per business requirements. Source, screen, interview, coordinate selection and onboarding, maintain recruitment trackers.

• Attendance & Employee Records: Maintain accurate attendance and employee records.

• Payroll & Conveyance: Prepare monthly payroll inputs for employees and frontline/field staff, including attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives, and conveyance.

• Invoice & Finance Operations: Coordinate invoice verification, settlement, system closure, & coordinate with outsourced finance/accounting teams for routine finance activities & statutory financial records.

• MIS Prepration: Prepare monthly HR, recruitment, attendance, payroll, conveyance, and finance MIS reports. Maintain accurate trackers, employee records, and & ensure timely closure of all routine activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in B.Com/BBA/MBA/HR/Finance or equivalent. 1–2 years’ relevant experience; freshers may apply.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets,

Good communication & coordination /Follow upskill

Attention to detail and a strong execution mindset.

Experience in field workforce recruitment or payroll preparation is preferred.

Lcation: Mohan Estate, Mohan Cooperative, Mathura Road, New Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
