Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced non-IT recruiter and IT recruitment manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Manage offer rollouts and onboarding processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Hands-on experience in hiring, talent acquisition, and onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines
