Hiring: HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Koramangala 8th Block, Bangalore

Position: HR Executive (Recruitment + Employee Relations)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Required

Work Details: 6 Days Working | Sunday Fixed Off

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Non-IT Hiring (Preferably BPO volume/bulk hiring) along with Employee Relations (ER) experience.

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Recruitment Expertise: Strong experience in managing the end-to-end Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Special Skills: Experience in handling POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) cases and organizing employee engagement activities.
  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT / BPO roles using various channels (Job Portals, Social Media, Campus, References).

• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and maintaining positive workplace relations.

• Plan and organize Fun Friday activities and employee engagement events to foster a vibrant office culture.

• Handle POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, inquiries, and sensitivity awareness as part of internal committee processes.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding, orientation, and integration of new hires.
