Job Title: HR Recruiter (BFSI Preferred)

Location: Malad

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview performance & experience)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of recruitment experience. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Experience in BFSI hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

 Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

 Ensure timely closures of open positions

Requirements:

 Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 BFSI hiring experience will be a plus

 Immediate joiners preferred
