Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills, experience, communication, and interest.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.

• Support the HR team with recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.
