Job Description:
Searching suitable candidates as per company’s requirements.
Managing complete recruitment process for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines.
Coordinate with Candidates and HR.
Scheduling Interviews and Follow-up with candidates.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Social Platform, emails, professional networking, head hunting and Campus Recruitment.
Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and completing the formalities.
Candidate should be well-versed in HR Policies and Company’s Act.
