Job Description – HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Blue Collar and Management-level hiring.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with vendors, recruitment agencies, and external partners for hiring support.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
• Schedule and conduct walk-in interviews and coordinate the complete interview process.
• Follow up with selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
• Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for document collection and verification.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in Blue Collar and Management hiring.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage bulk hiring and walk-in drives efficiently.
• Experience in vendor management and candidate engagement.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Minimum experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
