Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and post-placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure client satisfaction.
