Job Introduction
We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources & Executive Coordination Executive to support the smooth functioning of our organization. This role combines core HR responsibilities with administrative and executive support, ensuring effective coordination of the Director’s day-to-day activities, office operations, and internal processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, follow-ups, and correspondence
Handle bill payments, vendor coordination, and basic administrative documentation
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and onboarding formalities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office functioning
Manage office administration including supplies, maintenance, and service providers
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist in drafting HR-related communications, notices, and reports
Act as a point of contact between management and staff for routine matters
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or executive coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills—both verbal and written
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
