Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, salary negotiation, and candidate management. The candidate must be capable of sourcing quality talent and ensuring timely hiring to meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.

· Negotiate salaries and finalize compensation based on company guidelines and candidate experience.

· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

· Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment records and reports.

· Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

· Meet hiring targets within the specified timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

· Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (Mandatory).

· Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.

· Experience in salary negotiation and salary fixation.

· Must have good computer knowledge, including MS Office, Email, Excel, and job portals.

· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
