HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher) – Facility Management

Location: Pallikaranai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and performance)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Facility Management team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, develop their recruitment skills, and build a career in HR. No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for facility management roles such as housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and technical positions

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Conduct initial HR interviews and basic assessments

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities

• Support onboarding and documentation processes

• Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for various sites

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience can apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
