Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates

- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

- Maintain daily candidate pipeline and follow-ups

- Align candidates as per job requirements and ensure smooth interview flow

- Assist in HR operations and team collaboration tasks

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment

- Strong calling and communication skills

- Experience in candidate sourcing and interview scheduling

- Open-minded and proactive approach

- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility

- Good team player with collaborative mindset

- Young, energetic professional with a positive attitude

Note: This is a full-time, in-office role. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the specified location daily.
